Monthly Update

Eight detached homes changed hands in Rosedale for the month of February - a 14.3% increase from February 2017’s seven home sales.  The average dollar value of these eight homes was recorded at $3,370,750 – a 34.9% drop compared to last year’s $5,179,589.  No semis were sold in Rosedale within the month.

Yearly Update

Year-to-date sales increased from nine homes sold within the first two months of 2017 to 12 homes this year, a 33% rise.  The average dollar value of the 12 homes, however, decreased to $3,892,167 or 16.4% compared to last year’s $4,656,347.  To date, no semis have been sold in Rosedale.
