Monthly Update
A 50% increase was recorded in the number of homes sold in Chaplin Estates for the month of February. From last year’s two detached home sales, three detaches homes were sold in the neighbourhood for an average dollar value of $2,008,333, representing a 20.3% increase from February 2017’s average value of $1,669,000. No semi-detached homes were sold within in February.
Yearly Update
Year-to-date values show a 100% increase in total home sales for the first two months of the year, from two detached home sales last year to four. The average dollar values of these homes also increased 46% from $1,669,000 to $2,436,250. To date, no semis have been sold in the neighbourhood.
