As of July 4th, 2018, there are 5 homes available in the Chaplin Estates area, ranging in price from $1,495,000 for a recently listed detached home on Duplex Crescent to $2,649,000 for a detached home on Oriole Parkway (23 days on the market).
In June, 5 homes sold in Chaplin Estates; all of which are detached. The average time to sell a home was 12 days; one home sold 6 days after it was listed, while the longest lasted 19 days.
