Only one detached home was sold in November 2017, a 75% decrease from November 2016’s three sold detached homes, dropping its average value 24.9% from last year’s $2,576,667 to $1,935,000.
Year-to-Date Sales
Year-to-date sales decreased from 52 homes sold within the first 11 months of 2016 to 45 homes this year, a 13.5% drop. The average dollar value of the 45 homes, however, rose to $2,377,196 or 14.3% compared to last year’s $2,080,477. The 42 detached homes that changed hands within the first 11 months were sold at an average value of $2,401,567 or an 11.4% gain. Semi’s in Chaplin Estates are a rarity, only one sale has been reported this year, $1,338,000.
