In November, 11 homes changed hands in Davisville Village, representing an 8.3% decrease in home sales over last year. Of those home sales in November, only one semi sold, which was a 66.7% decrease from the past year’s three semi home sales. The average dollar values of those 11 November homes rose by 34.9% to $1,741,455.
Yearly Update
The average value of 2017’s year-to-date 169 homes rose 13.4% or $1,635,473 compared to the 149 homes that sold in the first eleven months of 2016 for $1,383,135. The 61 semi-detached homes saw a 23.5% gain in average value over the 67 semis that traded in the first eleven months of 2016.
