The detached home had a value of $5,033,800 compared to an average of $4,853,000 last year for three detached homes. The average value of 2017’s 68 homes rose 21.5% to $3,941,445 compared to the 89 homes that sold from January to December in 2016 for $3,204,223. The 69 detached homes saw a 21.5% gain in average value over the 88 that traded in 2016.
The highest valued home in 2017 sold on Blyth Hill Road for $7,150,000. It was a very special 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom home, and took 78 days to sell. The least expensive home resided on Blythwood Road and went for $1,630,000. It took almost a month to sell this past July 2017.
