The three detached homes that sold dropped 1.1% in average value to $3,607,333 compared to $3,646,667 last year for six detached homes. With such a small number of home selling, statistically it is better to refer to the year-date home sales below for a more accurate representation of values.

The average value of 2017’s year-to-date 69 homes rose 23.1% to $3,875,138 compared to the 87 homes that sold in the first eleven months of 2016 for $3,147,368. The 68 detached homes saw a 23.2% gain in average value over the 85 that traded in the first eleven months of 2016.
