As of November 9th, 2018, there are 17 homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $1,650,000 for a detached home on Blythwood Road (29 days on the market) to $8,695,000 for a detached home on Blyth Hill Road (57 days on the market).
Last month, six homes sold in Lawrence Park, all were detached homes. The average time to sell a home was 16 days; one home on Sunnydene Crescent sold eight days after it was listed, while the longest lasted 37 days on the market.
