As  of September 6th, 2018, there are 2 homes available in the Moore Park (part  of C09) area, ranging in price from $1,628,000 (70 days on the  market)  for a semi-detached home on Moore Avenue to $3,850,000 (113 days on  the market) for a detached home on Rosedale Heights Drive.

Last month, two homes sold in Moore Park, including one detached home and one duplex. The average time to sell a home was 46 days; the detached home on Inglewood Drive sold 20 days after it was listed,  while the duplex on Mount Pleasant Road lasted 72 days on the market. This doesn't include the two homes that had been listed for more than 30  days. 

Only the  6-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached home on a 37.5 x 139 - foot lot with a mutual drive and garage on Inglewood Drive sold at its listed price. It sold for $3,000,000. The duplex on Mount Pleasant Road sold for $1,310,000 (90% of the asking price).

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend over $1,600,000  for either a semi-detached or detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory still continues to drive bidding on homes.
