Typically, only one detached home was sold in Moore Park this past December it was valued $3,150,000.

The average value of 2017’s  47 homes increased 13.2% or $2,613,643 compared to the 41 homes that sold in   2016 which averaged $2,309,469.  The 40 detached homes saw a 15.6% gain in average value over detached homes that traded in 2016. The five semis that sold averaged $1,371,200, which was a 16.1% decrease from last year’s 3 semis which averaged $1,634,000 in value.
