Monthly Update
Only two detached homes were sold in Moore Park in the month of February 2018 – a home less than compared to February 2017. The average dollar value detached homes also dropped 11.2% or $2,200,002.
Yearly Update
Year-to-date sales in Moore Park increased 75% for the first two months from four homes last year to seven homes sold by the end of February 2018. The average dollar value of the seven homes, however, decreased 23.7% to $2,370,001. Of the seven homes, five were detached and sold for an average value of $2,750,001 or an 11% gain from last year’s $2,476,667. One semi was recorded to have been sold for an average value of $1,100,000
