A total of five homes were traded in Moore Park last month compared to zero sales in January 2017. Of the five homes that sold, three were detached and one was a semi.
The three detached homes had an average dollar value of $3,116,667. The semi, on the other hand, was sold for $1,100,000 after six days on the market.
A contemporary home on Inglewood Drive was the highest valued and was bought for $4,350,000. Built in 2016, it stood on a 40 x 125-foot lot with four bedrooms and six baths.
