Same as in November 2016, three detached homes changed hands last month in Moore Park, but increased 35.2% in average dollar values or $2,268,408 compared to last year’s $1,678,333.
Year-to-Date Sales
The average value of 2017’s year-to-date 46 homes rose by 11.6% or $2,601,983 compared to the 40 homes that sold in the first 11 months of 2016 for $2,332,155. The 39 detached homes saw a 13.9% gain in average value over detached homes that traded in the first 11 months of 2016, while the five semis that sold for an average of $1,371,200 dropped 16.1% from last year’s 3 semis which averaged $1,634,000 in value.
