Typical of the December market, only one detached home changed hands in December of 2017 and it traded with only 3 days to go.  The detached home was valued at $1,670,000 making it the least expensive property in Rosedale by a long shot.

Year-to-Date Sales

By years end 74 homes were sold in 2017, a 17.8% decrease compared to 2016s 90 sales.  Fifty-eight  detached homes changed hands in 2017 with an average value of $4,079,917 or a substanical 30.6% increase compared to $3,123,716 average value for 70 detached homes sold in 2016.

The highest valued home traded for a cool $9,800,000.  It was a 5 bedroom, 9 bathroom home on Cluny Drive in South Rosedale.  It only took 4 days to sell in February of 2017!
