Rosedale Home Sales Statistics for April 2020 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Broker


As of March 1st, there are 22 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,395,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 31 days) to $19,995,000 for a detached home on Beaumont Rd (listed for 170 days). These include 16 homes listed for more than 30 days and 6 homes listed in February that are not selling at their current price. 

Last month, five homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Crescent Rd on a 55 x 100-foot lot and sold for $5,968,000, which is 103% of its asking price after 22 days on the market.

Entry into the Rosedale market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,300,000 for a detached home and $3,200,000 for a semi-detached.
