Four detached homes changed hands in Rosedale within the month of January. The average dollar values of these homes rose 29.9% from January last year’s $3,800,000 to $4,935,000. No semis were listed nor sold in Rosedale last month.
The highest valued home was a three-story detached that sold for $8,400,000 after six days on the market. The property on Binscarth Road has five bedrooms and eight washrooms and a total living space of 7,627 square feet.
