Monthly Update
Only one detached home changed hands in Rosedale for the month of March - a 75% decrease from March 2017’s four home sales. The dollar value was recorded at $1,810,000 – a 60.7% drop compared to last year’s average dollar value of $4,600,750. Two semis were sold in the last month which was the same as last year but a drop of 12.1% in average dollar value from $3,208,000 to $2,820,000.
Yearly Update
There was no change in Year-to-Date sales at fifteen homes sold within the first three months of the last two years. The average dollar value of the 15 homes sold this year, however, decreased to $3,610,400 or 18.8% compared to last year’s $4,448,408. Semi-detached sales decreased 33.3% from three to two while values increased 2.3% from $2,755,333 last year to $2,820,000.
