Rosedale Home Sales for November 2017
One detached and two semis were sold in November this year, compared to last year’s four detached and two semis. The semis were sold at an average value of $2,300,000, an 11.7% increase from last year’s $2,060,000.
Year-to-Date Sales
Seventy-three homes were sold for the first 11 months of 2017, an 18% decrease compared to the year-to-date November 2016 sales of 89. Fifty-seven detached homes changed hands so far in 2017 at an average value of $4,122,196 or a 31.2% increase compared to $3,141,741 average value for 69 detached homes sold within the first 11 months of 2016.
