As of March 8, 2024, there were seven homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $3,300,000 for a detached home on Blythwood S (52 days on the market) to $10,995,000 for a detached home on Dawlish Ave (52 days on the market).
These include five homes that have been listed for more than 30 days.
Last month, a total of three homes were sold in Lawrence Park, all of which were detached properties. The highest-selling home featured a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence on a 20 x 130-foot lot with two private driveways and built-in garage located on St. Leonards Ave. It sold for $4,250,000, which was 100% of the asking price.
Entry into the Lawrence Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $4,400,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to seek homes in midtown, while low inventory remains the primary driver of competitive bidding.
