As of June 1, 2023, there are sixteen homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $999,000 for a duplex home on Strathgowan Avenue (9 days on the market) to $14,680,000 for a detached home on Lewes Crescent (23 days on the market).
This includes the three homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and the ten homes that were listed in the month of May and has yet to sell for their current list price.
