As of June, there are 27 homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $2,199,000 for a detached home on Lawrence E Ave (14 days on the market) to $11,800,000 for a detached home on Stratheden Rd (49 days on the market).
These include the 12 homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and 15 homes that were listed in the month of May and have yet to sell for their current list price.
