As of October, there are 20 homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $1,749,000 for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached home on Lawrence Ave E (59 days on the market) to $9,990,000 for a 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom detached home on Dawlish Ave (5 days on the market).
These include the nine homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and 11 homes that were listed in the month of October and have yet to sell for their current list price.
