As of October, there are 18 homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $1,790,000 for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached home on Lawrence Ave E (24 days on the market) to $9,990,000 for a 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom detached home on Stratheden Rd (22 days on the market).
