As of March 11, 2024, there are five homes available in the Moore Park area, with prices ranging from $2,398,000 for a detached home on Heath St E (4 days on the market) to $3,495,000 for a detached home in Rose Park (48 days on the market).
Last month, two detached homes sold in Moore Park. The highest-selling was a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property on Inglewood Dr. It sits on a 50 x 139-foot lot with a private driveway and 2-car detached garage, selling for $5,495,000, which is 93% of its asking price after 125 days on the market. The second was a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 30 x 143-foot lot in Inglewood with a mutual driveway and 2-car detached garage, selling for $2,400,000, 101% above asking price, and just 5 days on the market.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,300,000 for a semi-detached home and $3,050,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to search for homes in midtown while low inventory remains the main driver of competitive bidding.
