As of May, there are 26 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,395,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 954 days) to $16,900,000 for a detached home on Chestnut Park Rd (listed for 41 days). These include 19 homes listed for more than 30 days and seven homes listed in April that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, three homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Roxborough Dr on a 72 x 200.3-foot lot and sold for $15,000,000, which is 130% of its asking price after just 5 days on the market.
