As of March 12, 2024, there are 18 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,488,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 34 days) to $16,500,000 for a detached home on Chestnut Park Road (listed for 154 days). These include 9 homes listed for more than 30 days and 10 homes listed in February that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, two homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Douglas Drive. Situated on a 40 x 140-foot lot with a private driveway and 2 built-in garages, it sold for $4,100,000, which is 100% of its asking price, in just 2 days.
Entry into the Rosedale market now requires buyers to spend at least $1,800,000 for a detached home and $2,000,000 for semi-detached homes. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
