As of March 4, 2019, there are five homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,618,000 for a semi-detached home on Moore Avenue (146 days on the market) to $4,495,000 for a detached home on Rose Park Drive (33 days on the market).
Last month, only one home sold in Moore Park. This doesn't include the two homes that have been listed for more than 30 days or the three homes that were listed in the month of February and are not selling at their current listed price. The lone home sale was a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached home on a 50 x 202 -foot lot with a private drive and garage on Rosedale Heights Drive. It sold for $3,200,000 (98% of the asking price).
Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory persists as a driver of competitive bidding.
