HOME PRICES INCREASE TO 27.1% THIS FEBRUARY
Five homes sold in Davisville Village including four detached and one semi-detached in February.
The average sale price was $2,014,005, showing a 27.1% increase compared to February 2024’s average of $1,585,000.
Only two of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 40% of the total sales.
The highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on a 25 x 147-foot lot on Le May Rd. It sold for $2,495,025 which was 131% of the asking price with eight days on the market.
The second-highest was a 2-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on a 25x100-foot lot on Cleveland St. The home sold for $2,250,000--113% of the asking price with also eight days on the market.
As of March 1st, there are nine homes for sale in Davisville ranging in price from $1,249,900 for a newly-listed semi-detached on Milwood Rd to $3,858,000 for a detached on Soudan Ave (15 DOM).
