Moore Park Home sales report and statistics for December 2017 from Jethro Seymour, Top Midtown Toronto Realtor

As of July 4th, 2018, there are 7 homes available in the Moore Park  (part of C09) area, ranging in price from $1,450,000 (29 days on the market) for a duplex on Mount Pleasant Road to $5,360,000 (57 days on the market) for a detached home on Glenrose Avenue.

In June, 3 homes sold in Moore Park, all of those were detached. The average time to sell a home was 7 days; one home sold 2 days after it was listed while the longest lasted 13 days.  This doesn't include the 2 homes that have been listed for more than 30  days or the 5 homes that were listed in the month of June and are not selling at their current listed prices.

Two of the 3 June home sales sold above their listed price. The highest selling home was a detached 7-bedroom, 13-bathroom home on a 155.29 x 246.67-foot lot with a circular private drive on Inglewood Drive.  It sold for $12,880,000 or 99% of the asking price and was followed by a home on the same street which sold for $3,205,000.  Both were magnificent homes.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend over $1,500,000   dollars. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory still continues to drive bidding on homes.

Consider me your Moore Park neighbourhood real estate expert and resource. When it is time to move, I am here to help with insightful strategies, expert negotiation skills and results-focused marketing plans.
