Monthly Update
Not a single home was sold in Moore Park in the month of March 2018. Only one was sold back in March 2017 which was a semi-detached at $1,250,000.
Yearly Update
Year-to-date sales in Moore Park increased 40% for the first three months from five homes last year to seven homes sold by the end of March 2018. The average dollar value of the five homes, however, decreased 13.4% to $2,370,001. Of the five homes, five were detached and sold for an average value of $2,750,001 or an 11% gain from last year’s $2,476,667. One semi-detached home was recorded to have been sold for an average value of $1,100,000.
