As of February 1st, there are 18 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $1,130,000 for a detached property on Glen Rd (listed for 17 days) to $19,995,000 for a detached home on Beaumont Dr (listed for 135 days). These include 9 homes listed for more than 15 days and 9 homes listed in February that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, two homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property on South Dr on a 53.25 x 290-foot lot and sold for a whopping $9,250,000, which is 103% of its asking price after 13 days on the market.
