As of March 1st, there are seven homes available in Chaplin Estates, ranging in price from $1,850,000 for a detached home on Highbourne Rd to $2,990,000 for a duplex on Colin Ave.
Last month, five homes sold in Chaplin Estates. The highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 19.42 x 100 foot lot on Avenue Rd and sold for $2,620,000 after 2 days in the market.
Entry into the Chaplin Estates market now requires buyers to spend at least $1,900,000 for a detached home and $1,300,000 for a semi-detached. Buyers continue to search for homes in midtown while low inventory remains the main driver of competitive bidding.
