SEMIS LEAD HOME SALES IN DAVISVILLE THIS JUNE
Semi-detached homes led the market in Davisville Village in June, with 13 sold compared to just 6 detached properties.
Home prices continued to decline, with the average sale price at $1,505,659—a significant 27.9% drop compared to the 11 homes sold in June 2024 average of $2,088,709. This is primarily due to the larger number of semi-detached homes sold in 2025 vs 2024.
The highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 25x146-foot lot on Balliol Street, which sold for $3,205,000 — the full asking price — after just 4 days on the market.
