DAVISVILLE SEES SLOW DOWN IN MARCH
Only three homes sold in Davisville Village this March, all of them being detached properties.
The average sale price was $1,714,754, which is a 20% drop compared to March 2024’s average of $2,139,250.
Two of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 67% of the total sales.
The second-highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom triplex on a 31 x 100-foot lot on Manor Rd E, which sold for $1,745,250—92% of the asking price—after 12 days on the market.
As of April 1st, there are 15 homes for sale in Davisville, ranging in price from $1,250,000 for a semi-detached on Davisville Ave (12 DOM) to $3,858,000 for a detached home on Soudan Ave (44 DOM).
