As of August 6, 2019, there are two homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,618,000 for a semi-detached home on Moore Avenue (302 days on the market) to $2,400,000 for a detached home on Welland Avenue (1 day on the market).
Last month, there was no home sale in Moore Park. This doesn't include the single home that has been listed for more than 30 days.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $1,700,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
