As of October, there are 28 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,395,000 for a detached property on Standish (listed for 35 days) to $20,800,000 for a detached home on South Dr (listed for 156 days). These include two homes listed for more than 30 days and 11 homes listed in October that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, two homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 4-bedroom, 8-bathroom property on Chestnut Park on a 50 x 162-foot lot and sold for a whopping $24,500,000 , which is 102% of its asking price after 9 days on the market.
