As of October, there are 31 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,395,000 for a detached property on Clifton Rd (listed for 2 days) to $20,800,000 for a detached home on South Dr (listed for 123 days). These include eight homes listed for more than 30 days and 23 homes listed in September that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, two homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Douglas Dr on a 47 x 138-foot lot and sold for $4,400,000, which is 102% of its asking price after just 4 days on the market.
