As of June 1, 2023, there are fourteen homes available in the Chaplin Estates area, ranging in price from $1,995,000 for a semi-detached on Manor West Road (1 day on the market) to $3,295,000 for a detached home on Braemar Avenue (28 days on the market). This includes the ten homes that were listed in the month and are not selling at their current listed prices.
