Monthly Update
Two bungalow homes were given new owners in Leaside & Bennington Heights last month . The average value of last month's transactions was $1,470,000, marking a 14% increase over last year’s February mean of $1,290,000.
Last month’s most valuable Leaside bungalow sale involved a detached 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a 28 x 135-foot lot, with a private drive and garage on Fleming Crescent. It was on the market for 11 days and sold for $1,550,000 which was 119% of the initial asking price. Meanwhile, the other bungalow home on Laird Drive sold for $1,390,000 which was 100% of the initial listing price and was on the market for five days.
Year-To-Date Update
So far in 2020, we have seen a total of three Bungalow sales. The average price was $1,430,000 with a low of $1,350,000 (on Randolph) and a high of $1,550,000 (on Fleming). The average days on market was six with a high of eleven and low of just one!
As of March 13, 2020, there is only one bungalow home available in the Leaside & Bennington Heights area. It is a detached home on Laird Drive which has been on the market for two days.
