DAVISVILLE’S HOUSING MARKET FINALLY SHIFTS
In October, nine homes were sold in Davisville Village, among which are four detached and three semi-detached properties.
The average sale price was $1,974,10, reflecting a 7.4% increase compared to October 2023’s average of $1,938,757.
Only four of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 44% of the total sales.
The highest transaction was a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached home on a 25 x 124-foot lot on Hillsdale Ave E. It sold for $3,345,000, which was 96% of the asking price after 26 days on the market.
The second-highest sale is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached also on Hillsdale Ave E. The home sold for $3,150,000 which is 99% of the asking price after eight days on the market.
As of October, there are 15 homes for sale in Davisville Village. These range in price from $949,999 for a detached home on Cleveland St to $4,588,000 on Soudan Ave.
