DAVISVILLE HOME PRICES TAKE A DIP IN DECEMBER
Seven homes sold in Davisville Village including two detached and four semi-detached last December.
The average sale price was $1,489,286, reflecting a huge 40% drop compared to December 2023’s average of $2,476,388.
Three of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 43% of the total sales.
The highest transaction was a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached on a 25 x 123-foot lot on Manor Rd E. It sold for $2,069,500, which was 96% of the asking price after 52 days on the market.
The second-highest sale is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached also on Soudan Ave. The home sold for $1,958,000, or 89% of the asking price, after 27 days on the market.
As of January 1st, only one detached home remains for sale in Davisville, currently priced at $2,888,000 with 70 days on the market.
