In the Leaside neighborhood, a total of twelve homes were recently sold, consisting of ten detached homes and two semi-detached homes. The average value of these transactions last month was $2,697,821, marking an 18.3% increase from the mean average of $2,280,060 in September of the previous year.
Average Monthly Units Sold for Detached Homes in Leaside Surged by 42.9%. for September 2023
Out of the twelve homes sold in September, six were sold at or above their initial asking prices. The highest-selling property was an exceptional detached single-family home featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, located on Killdeer Crescent East. It is set upon a 60 x 150-foot lot with a private drive and two built-in garages. This exceptional property achieved a sale price of $4,400,000, which is 88% of the listing price. Another notable sale was a detached property on Parkhurst Boulevard, which sold for $3,950,000, equivalent to 100% of the initial listing price.
Last month, the average Leaside home sold within 13 days of listing. The quickest sale occurred in just 1 day on Laird Drive and Parkhurst Boulevard, while the longest took 54 days on Killdeer Crescent East. However, two homes remained listed for over 30 days, and sixteen others listed in September are still unsold at their current prices.
