The average sale price was $2,480,000, reflecting a 28.7% increase compared to January 2024’s average of $1,927,000.
The highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 49.83 x 247.04-ft lot on Bennington Heights Dr, which sold for $3,295,000 or 97% of the asking price with 81 days on the market.
The second-highest sale is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on Davisville Ave. The home sold for $1,940,000--99% of the asking price, after 90 days on the market.
