LEASIDE’S HOUSING INVENTORY ON THE RISE
In Leaside, 11 homes sold in March, consisting of seven detached and three semi-detached properties.
The average sale price was $2,454,727, reflecting a 1.3% increase compared to the March 2024 average of $2,424,192.
The highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a 35 x 130-foot lot on Parkhurst Blvd, which sold for $3,800,000 or 95% of the asking price with 35 days on the market.
The second-highest is a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached on Sharron Dr and sold for $3,500,000, which is also 95% of the asking price after 50 days on the market.
As of April 1st, there are 27 homes for sale in Leaside, ranging in price from $999,000 for a detached home on Eglinton Ave E (70 DOM) to $5,495,000 on Douglas Cres (57 DOM.
