As of May, there are nine homes available in the Moore Park area, with prices ranging from $3,295,000 for a detached home on Rose Park (99 days on the market) to $6,595,000 for a detached home in Rosedale Heights (5 days on the market).
Last month, seven detached homes sold in Moore Park. The highest-selling was a 4-bedroom, 7-bathroom property on Inglewood Dr. It sits on a 50 x 139-foot lot selling for $6,175,000, which is 97% of its asking price with just 4 days on the market. Another notable sale was a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a 46.55 x 130.64-foot lot, again in Inglewood, and sold for $5,199,000--100% of the asking price and 5 days on the market!
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,100,000 for a detached home and $2,300,000 for a semi-detached. Buyers continue to search for homes in midtown while low inventory remains the main driver of competitive bidding.
