As of January 31, 2023, there is only one home available in the Moore Park area. It is a detached home on Harper Avenue (91 days on the market) which is listed for $7,480,000.

Last month, four homes sold in Moore Park,  including two detached, one semi-detached, and a duplex. All these homes sold two days after being listed.

All but one home sold at or above their initial asking prices. Last month’s most valuable home sale was a detached 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a 35.5 x 127.5-foot lot with a right-of-way drive and detached garage on Inglewood Drive. It sold for $3,550,000, or 103% of the original listing price. This was followed by a duplex on the same street which sold for $2,425,000 which was 87% of the initial listing price. 

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,100,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
