As of January 31, 2024, there are only two homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $3,495,000 for a detached home in Rose Park Drive (8 days on the market) to$5,495,000 for a detached home in Inglewood Drive (60 days on the market).
Last month, only one home was sold in Moore Park. The only home sold was a semi-detached 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom property on Moore Avenue. It occupies a 25.2 x 144.18-foot lot with a driveway for parking space and it sold for $2,300,000 , which is 118% of its asking price.
