As of August 8, 2023, there are only two homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,799,000 for a detached home in Rose Park Drive (23 days on the market) to $3,785,000 for a detached home in Glenrose Avenue (29 days on the market).
Last month, six homes were sold in Moore Park. The highest selling home is a detached 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom home on Harper Avenue. It sits on a 40 x 132- Foot lot with a private driveway and built-in 1 car garage. It was sold for $6,450,000 or 93% of its asking price.
