As of September 8, 2023, there are only two homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $2,895,000 for a detached home in Glenrose Avenue (27 days on the market) to $3,350,000 for a duplex home in Rose Park Drive (5 days on the market).
Last month, only four homes were sold in Moore Park. The highest-selling home is a detached 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property on Hudson Drive. It occupies a 101 x 184-foot lot with a private driveway and it sold for $5,300,000, which is 96% of its asking price.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,050,000 for a detached home and $1,350,000 for a semi-detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
