As of March 5, 2020, there are three homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $2,595,000 for a detached home on Rose Park Drive (3 days on the market) to $6,395,000 for a detached home on Rosedale Heights Drive (31 days on the market).

Last month, four homes sold in Moore Park including two detached, one semi-detached, and a duplex home. The average time to sell a home was 10 days. The home on Rosedale Heights Drive sold two days after it was listed, while the longest lasted 26 days. This doesn't include the only home that has been listed for more than 30 days or the other home that was listed in the month of February and has yet to sell at its current listed price.

Three of the four homes sold at or above their listed price last month. February ’s most valuable home sale was a detached 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 53.6 x 325.91-foot lot with a private drive and carport on Rosedale Heights Drive. It sold for $3,375,000, which was 96% of the original listing price. It was followed by another detached home on the same street which sold for $2,950,000, or 104% of the asking price.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend $2,300,000 for a semi-detached home and at least $2,400,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
